About the Role:

Cornerstone Preschool and Childcare in Farmington, MN is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and help them develop a love for learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Observe and assess children's development and progress
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's day and progress

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool setting
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or Child Development Associate (CDA)
Valid CPR and First Aid certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with young children and fostering their development

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Cornerstone is a preschool and childcare center that provides quality care and education to children ages 6 weeks to 6 years.
